How do I start?
Choose your favorite design and colors. Every piece is custom made for you, so if you like the colors on one design and prefer the mounting of another, we can usually do a combination of the two. Just let us know.
How much ash do you need?
A teaspoon of ash or a lock of hair can make many different memorials pieces. You can send them in a ziplock bag or plastic pill bottle. Please label with your name and your loved one’s name. Any unused ashes will be returned to you when we send your order home.

How long does an order take to complete?
Each piece is handcrafted and made just for you! Our average time to complete an order is about 4 to 6 weeks. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have a special date you need yours by.
What else should we send you?
We would love if you want to share any pictures or stories of your loved one for inspiration in the studio. You can include them in your package or email them to us. Any original pictures will be returned when we send you pieces home.
