Our Process: A Journey of Love and Light

Step 1: Choose Your Tribute

Select the piece that resonates with your heart. From Infinite Love Car Charms to handcrafted memorial jewelry, you can customize the colors and style to reflect the unique journey you shared with your loved one.

Step 2: Sending a Sacred Trace

To begin, please send a small portion (about one teaspoon) of ashes, or a small lock of hair or fur, to my studio. I recommend using a secure, double-bagged container inside a padded envelope to ensure they stay safe on their way to Montana.

Step 3: Tracking the Journey

Once you have mailed your package, please send a quick message through my Contact Page. This helps me stay organized and aware of incoming arrivals so I can prioritize your project as soon as it reaches the studio.

Step 4: Handcrafted in Montana

With over 25 years of artisan mastery, I hand-forge every memorial right here in my studio. I carefully infuse the materials into the vibrant blown glass, creating a tangible connection that captures the light. Because this is a small-studio, personalized process, your piece will be as unique as the soul it honors.

Step 5: Returning Home

Your finished tribute is carefully packaged and returned to you via tracked shipping, along with any unused materials. As the sun passes through the glass and casts its beautiful spectrum, you’ll have a gentle, shimmering reminder that your cherished soul is always close at heart..

💡 A Note for Your Peace of Mind

I highly recommend using a shipping service that provides a Tracking Number (such as USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS).

Once you have your tracking number, feel free to include it in your message to me. This allows both of us to follow your pet's journey to the studio. From the moment they arrive at my P.O. Box, they are treated with the reverence of a guest in my home until they are ready to return to yours.
